疏肝滋肾汤治疗女性腰椎骨性关节炎40例

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝滋肾汤内服、外敷治疗女性腰椎骨性关节炎(LOA)的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机均分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组采用疏肝滋肾汤口服、外敷治疗,对照组采用壮骨关节丸口服治疗,2组均连续治疗1个月。观察2组临床疗效及症状积分的变化情况和不良反应发生情况。结果:总有效率观察组为90.0%,对照组为77.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义。腰痛、僵硬感、下肢痛及麻木、步行能力、直腿抬高试验、腰椎活动角度等症状积分治疗前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组未出现明显不良反应。结论:疏肝滋肾汤内服、外敷治疗LOA临床疗效显著,可改善腰椎功能,且安全可靠。Objective:To observe the clinical effects of oral administration and external application of ShuGan ZiShen Tang in treating female lumbar osteoarthritis(LOA).Methods:80patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40cases in each.The observation group was given oral administration and external application of ShuGan ZiShen Tang,the control group given oral administration of ZhuangGu joint pills,both group given one month's treatment.Clinical effects,symptoms scores condition and adverse reaction were observed in both groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was90.0%,the control group was77.5%,there was statistical difference between two groups.Compared lumbago,stiffness,pain and numbness inlower limbs,walking ability,ASLR,activity angle of lumbar vertebra and symptoms scores within two groups before and after treatment in both groups,there were statistical differences(P<0.05);compared between two groups after treatment,there were statistical differences(P<0.05).The observation group had no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion:Oral administration and external application of ShuGan ZiShen Tang in treating female LOA has significant clinical effects,it can improve function of lumbar vertebra,which is safe and reliable.
