芬太尼透皮贴联合六君子汤治疗老年患者晚期癌痛45例

摘　　要：目的:观察芬太尼透皮贴剂联合六君子汤加味治疗老年癌痛的临床疗效。方法:将90例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。2组均给予芬太尼透皮贴剂治疗,观察组加服六君子汤加味,比较2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:总缓解率2组均为97.78%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。恶心呕吐、眩晕、便秘等不良反应发生率观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芬太尼透皮贴剂联合六君子汤加味治疗老年癌痛可明显降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To observe the clinical effects of fentanyl transdermal patch combined with modified LiuJunZi Tang in treating senile cancer pain.Methods:90patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,45cases each group.Both groups were given fentanyl transdermal patch,the observation group was given modified LiuJunZi Tang,clinical effects and adverse reaction conditions were compared in both groups.Results:Total remission rate in both groups were97.78%,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as vomiting,dizziness,constipation of the observation group were lower than that ofthe control group,there were statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fentanyl transdermal patch combined with modified LiuJunZi Tang in treating senile cancer pain can decrease occurrence rate of adverse reactions obviously.
