根结穴针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症40例

摘　　要：目的:观察根结穴加常规针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各40例。对照组采用常规针刺疗法,观察组在常规针刺治疗的基础上加用根结对穴针刺治疗。2组均每日治疗1次,每周针刺5次,治疗10次后判定疗效。结果:疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)及下腰痛评分(M-JOA)治疗前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病情程度分级及改善率治疗后2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规针刺基础上加用根结穴针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效显著。Objective:To observe the clinical effects of root-knot point and routine acupuncture in treating lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:80patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group40cases.The control group was given routine acupuncture,the observation group was givenroot-knot point needling on the basis of rouitine treatment.Both groups were treated once each day,five times everyweek,the effects were identified afer ten times'treatment.Results:Compared VAS and M-JOA before and after treatment within two groups,there were statistical differences(P<0.05),there were statistical differences after treatmentbetween two groups(P<0.05).Compared illness degree grade and improvement rate after treatment betweeen two groups,there were statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Root-knot needling on the basis of routine acupuncture in treating LDH have significant clinical effects.
