不同肠道准备方法对直肠癌早期筛查的影响

摘　　要：目的:对比不同肠道准备方法对直肠癌早期筛查的影响。方法:将150例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各75例,观察组检查前服用聚乙二醇电解质进行肠道准备,对照组检查前服用甘露醇进行肠道准备,观察2组筛查效果与检查情况。结果:镜下肠道清洁效果观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的首次排便时间、排便总次数和进镜时间分别为(8.13±0.98)min、(7.29±2.13)次与(34.29±10.45)min,对照组分别为(9.10±0.20)min、(6.34±2.10)次与(45.35±11.10)min,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有患者在检查中均未发生严重的不良事件,均未影响检查效果。直肠癌检出率观察组为98.7%,对照组为89.3%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将聚乙二醇电解质应用于直肠癌早期筛查肠道准备中,能提高检查效率与直肠癌的检出率,改善肠道清洁效果,且安全性较好。Objective:To compare the influences of different intestinal preparing methods on early screening of rectal cancer.Methods:150patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group75cases,the observation group was given intestinal preparation of PEG electrolyte before examination,the ontrol group given mannitol,screening effects and examination condition were observed in both groups.Results:Intestinal clean effects under enteroscope in the observation group were superior to these in the control group(P<0.05).First defecation time,defecation number and scope-forward time were(8.13依0.98)min,(7.292.13)and(34.2910.45)min seperately,the control group were(9.100.20)min,(6.342.10)and(45.35依11.10)min seperately,there were statistical differences between two groups(P<0.05).No adverse events happened during examination ofall patients,which had no impact on examination results.Positive rate of rectal cancer in the observation group was98.7%,the control group was89.3%,there was statistical difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:PEG electrolyte was used for early screening of rectal cancer,which can promote examination effects and positive rate of rectal cancer,improve intestinal clean effects,and has good safety.
