电梯安装维保与管理使用中存在的安全问题及对策

摘　　要：随着我国社会经济的迅速发展,人们生活水平迅速提高,目前电梯已成为人们工作和生活中的必需工具。电梯在给人们提供便利的同时,也给人们带来了很多的安全隐患,电梯事故频发,呼唤着公共安全,电梯事故能否防患于未燃?因此,电梯的安装技术人员、维保人员应更加严格按照规程来施工,进行恰当安装、维修和保养;相关职能部门应制定相关政策完善和健全电梯的规范;人们应更理性地使用电梯,爱惜电梯,使用电梯时如果遇到电梯故障等突发事件时,需要进行合理有效的安全措施,从而避免出现危险。本文将对电梯安装、维修保养及日常管理和使用中,出现的安全问题以及相应对策进行分析研究。With the rapid development of China's social economy,people's living standards have rapidly improved,the elevator hasbecome an essential tool in people's work and lives.Elevator provides convenience to people,at the same time,it also brings a lot ofsecurity risks.The elevator accidents call for the public security.Can elevator accidents be nipped in the bud?Therefore,the elevatorinstallation and maintenance staff should be in strict accordance with the rules of construction,carry out the proper installation,repair andmaintenance.The relevant functional departments should formulate relevant policies to improve and perfect the elevator specifications.People should be more rationally use elevators and cherish the elevator.When the elevator accident occurs in its operation,people shouldcarry out reasonable and effective safety measures,so as to avoid dangers.This paper analyzes the safety problems and the correspondingcountermeasures of the elevator installation,maintenance and daily management and use.
