摘 要:随着社会经济的发展,电网规模高速增长,电网结构日趋复杂,传统的依靠调度员经验的调控操作防误校验模式已经不能满足日常工作需要。本文将拓扑分析算法和五防规则充分结合,提出了一种以网络分析为基础,涵盖间隔层、设备层、电网层的三级智能防误体系;并基于此研究,开发实现了一体化的电网调控操作智能防误系统。该系统集调控防误、潮流校核等功能于一体,为调度员科学地分析电网变化带来了理论依据,有效地提高了系统安全性和供电可靠性。With the development of the society and economy,the scale of the power grid is increasing rapidly,the structure of thepower grids is becoming more and more complicated,and the traditional mode of checking and correcting errors based on the dispatcher'sexperience can not meet the daily work.In this paper,the topological analysis algorithm and the five anti-rules are fully combined,and a threelevelintelligent anti-maloperation system based on network analysis,covering the interval layer,equipment layer and grid layer is proposed.Based on this research,the integrated power grid Regulation and operation of intelligent anti-error system.The system integrates the functionsof error prevention and tidal check,which brings the theoretical basis for dispatchers to scientifically analyze the changes of power network,and effectively improves the system security and power supply reliability.
