摘 要:石油钻井和修井井架属野外作业设备,工况多,受力复杂,是钻机和修井机的核心结构。井架在服役过程中,易出现杆件变形、焊缝开裂、总体弯曲、共振等现象。为避免井架在吊装、运输、作业、设备保全等全工况条件下出现故障,确保使用安全,应用系统分析方法及工程实践应用经验,得出其在不同工况下需要做的受力分析,建立起基于"全工况、多要素"的安全评估方法,为井架设计提供保障,也为钻机和修井机底座设计提供借鉴。The petroleum drilling and well servicing mast & derrick belongs to the out-door equipments, which has many kinds of working conditions and complex stress. It is the key structure of the drilling and work-over rig. These situations may take place in service, such as distortion of the members, crack of the welds, bend or sympathetic vibration of the structure, etc. In order to avoid the failure of the derrick in hoisting, transportation, operation, equipment maintenance, and so on, to ensure the safety of the operation, by applying the method of system analysis and engineering practice, it is necessary to analyze the force of the system under different working conditions, a safety assessment method based on the whole working condition and multi elements was established, to provide the guarantee for the design of the derrick, and provide reference for the design of the base design of the drilling and workover rig.
