摘　　要：摇臂装置是无箱摇臂式针刺机传动部件的核心装置,在针刺高速运动过程中发挥着导向作用,保证了针梁的运动方向。本文结合无箱摇臂式针刺机摇臂装置的结构特点,分析其加工方面存在的难点,并制定出合理的加工方案。The rocker arm device is the core device of the transmission mechanism of the non box arm type needle machine, which plays a guiding role in the high-speed movement of the needle, to ensure the movement direction of the needle beam. Combined with the structure characteristics of rocker rocker box needle machine device, this paper analyzed the difficulties existing in the processing and formulated the reasonable processing plan.
