医护一体化救护路径在骨科群体伤救治中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨实施医护一体化救护路径在骨科群体伤救治中的应用效果。方法选取我科于2013年1月至2014年12月收治的33起308例群体伤病人为研究对象,按入院先后将2013年1~12月的16起(152例)纳入对照组,2014年1~12月的17起(156例)纳入改进组。对照组采用传统群体伤救护模式;改进组采用医护一体化救护路径模式:成立医护一体化小组,制定医护一体化管理流程,医护人员共同参与培训学习,明确责任,共同协作。对比分析两组病人住院时间、住院费用、住院满意度及医护人员满意度。结果改进组病人平均住院时间、住院费用明显低于对照组(P<0.05);改进组病人住院满意度、医护人员满意度明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对骨科群体伤实施医护一体化救护路径模式,可有效缩短病人平均住院时间,减少住院费用,提高病人满意度和医护人员满意度,从而提升医疗护理质量。Objective To explore the effect of the implementation of integrated medical and nursing rescue method in the pre-hospital patients in department of orthopedics.Methods Thirty-three cases including308patients who were admitted to department of orthopedics from January2013to December2014were selected as the subjects of the study.All the patients were sequentially divided into two groups according to the admission.The first152cases were enrolled in control group adopting traditional treatment model,and the latter156cases served as the improved group adopting the integrated medical and nursing rescue method.The hospital stay,hospitalization expenses,patients’satisfaction,and medical staff satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The average hospitalization days and hospitalization expenses in the improved group were significantly reduced as compared with those in the control group.The satisfaction degree of the patients and the medical staff in the improved group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion The integrated medical and nurse treatment for patients suffered orthopedic group injury can reduce the average hospitalization days and hospitalization expenses,and improve satisfaction of patients and medical staff,so as to improve the quality of medical care.
