摘　　要：具有典型性和代表性的温州民间金融,其产生和发展过程是中国民间金融发展模式的一个缩影。以改革开放以来温州民间金融三次金融风潮为例,比较发生金融风潮的背景及原因,分析温州金融改革的亮点所在,探讨引导和规范民间金融理性发展的路径,对于当前深化金融改革,促进民间金融又快又好地发展有着重要的借鉴意义。Wenzhou folk finance is Featured in typicality and representativeness, and its emergence and development become an epitome of China folk finance developing mode. Taking the three financial crises of Wenzhou folk finance since China introduced the Reform and Opening-up policy as an example, this essay has explored how to lead and standardize the developing path of folk finance,which has a significance to promote folk finance quickly and smoothly and deepen the current financial reform.
