吉林省养老服务产业发展问题及对策研究

摘　　要：近年来,老年人口绝对数量和占整个国家人口数量的比例都快速扩大。中国的人口快速老龄化,老年人的需求不但数量上增长迅速,并且逐渐呈现出多样化和个性化的特点。吉林省位于我国东北地区,人口基数较大,且经过了三十几年的计划生育政策,开始进入人口老龄化阶段。人口数量庞大,养老问题尤为突出,因此加强养老服务体系建设,提出解决吉林省养老服务产业问题的对策,已成为当务之急。In recent years,absolute number of elderly people and the ratio of the total national population is rapidly expanding,China's rapidly aging population structure.The rapid growth of the old people demand not only quantity and gradually presents the characteristics of the diversification and individuation.Jilin province is located in the northeast in our country,large population base,and after30years of family planning policy,begin to enter stage of an aging population,the old man large number,pension problem is particularly prominent,therefore strengthening the construction of old-age service system,puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of jilin pension service industry,has become the provincial government's top priority.
