摘 要:结构托换工程中,常遇到混凝土柱一侧施工空间狭小情况,常规的四面包柱梁式柱托换方法不适用。本文结合工程实例,介绍了一种三面包柱梁式钢筋混凝土柱托换节点,通过有限元计算对其进行受力分析,验证了设计的可靠性,并通过试验考察其破坏形态、受力机理以及预应力大小对其承载能力的影响规律。试验结果表明,三面包柱梁式柱托换节点有良好的承载能力和延性,破坏形态为新旧混凝土界面滑移与托换梁底冲切破坏;托换节点的承载能力与施加的预应力大小呈高度线性关系;当本文试件每个面施加30k N的预应力时,极限承载力可提高约78.84%。In structural underpinning projects,the construction space of one side’s concrete column could often be narrow,thus the common underpinning method four sides beams enclosed RC column of is not a pplicable.This paper introduced akind of underpinning joint with three sides beams enclosed RC column column in combination with a project case,and made force analysis on that through finite element calculation which verified the reliability of the design,and inspected the influence rule of its failure mode,stress mechanism and prestress size on its carrying capacity via experiments.The experiment results showed that the underpinning joint with three sides beams enclosed RC column has a good bearing capacity and drawability,and the destruction pattern is the new-old concrete interface slip failure and the underpinning beam bottom’s punch;the bearing capacity of underpinning joint and the imposed prestress size presents a highly linear relation.When each side of the joint is exerted with30kN prestress,the ultimate bearing capacity could be improved by78.84%.
