摘　　要：本文在笔者的文献整理和实践经验基础上,针对独立院校大学生心理咨询的发展现状进行了简要介绍,同时对现有的独立院校大学生心理咨询模式进行了探讨。在此基础上笔者提出了独立院校大学生朋辈心理咨询的不足,即朋辈咨询员角色定位不清晰、专业水平对咨询效果影响极大以及校际之间合作交流少。最后,笔者在多年教学经验和文献整理的基础上,对大学生朋辈心理咨询的新发展,即微心理咨询模式及其优点进行了介绍。In this paper,on the basis of practical experience and literature study,the author introduces the currentdevelopment of the independent college students psychological counseling,while the existing independent college studentspsychological counseling model are discussed.On this basis,the author puts forward the shortcomings of independentcollege students peer counseling.For example,the role of peer counselors is not clear,professional level of consultingeffect great and intercollege cooperation is not enough.Finally,on the basis of many years of teaching experience and theenough literature,the new development on College Students'peer counseling,micro psychological counseling model andits advantages were introduced.
