高校研究生就业问题的分析与探讨

摘　　要：随着国家对高等人才的需求量增大,近十年来,研究生大幅度扩招,这初步满足了社会对高层次人才的需求,但同时研究生就业难的问题开始凸显。针对研究生就业难的原因进行了分析并提出改善研究生就业现状的措施。Higher talents demand is increasing,In the last ten years,the graduate student enrollment expansion by a wide margin,It is preliminary satisfy the social demand for high-level talents,but at the same time,the graduate employment problem seriously.The paper analysis the reason of the graduate student employment,put forward the measures to improve the present situation of graduate employment.
