摘 要:以聚丙烯(PP)为基体材料,通过注射成型法制备PP微发泡材料,结合热重分析、差示扫描量热分析及扫描电子显微镜观察等技术,研究了发泡剂KEE–25C,RAZ–70,NaHCO_3,PE–80对PP材料发泡行为及表面质量的影响。结果表明,不同发泡剂添加到PP中进行发泡,对材料的发泡行为及表面质量有显著的影响。当发泡剂为KEE–25C时,发泡材料的发泡行为较理想,泡孔直径最小,泡孔密度最大,分别为38.703μm,1.700 5×10^(16)个/cm^3;表面质量无明显气痕出现,呈现较光滑的表面。其他三种发泡剂添加到PP材料中,其发泡行为及表面质量较差。Micro-foaming polypropylene(PP)material was prepared by injection molding method,the effects of foaming agents such as KEE–25C,RAZ–70,NaHCO3,PE–80on the foaming behavior and surface quality of PP was studied by TG,DSC and SEM technology.The results show that different foaming agents have obvious effect on the foaming behavior and the surface quality of PP foaming materials.When the foaming agent is KEE–25C,the foaming behavior of PP foaming materials isideal,the cell diameter is the smallest,and the cell density is the highest,which is38.703μm and1.7005×1016number/cm3respectively.There is no obvious gas mark on the surface quality of PP foaming materials.PP foaming materials using the other three foaming agents have poor foaming behavior and surface quality.
