摘　　要：以岑溪软枝油茶(Cenxi soft-branch Camellia oleifera)全同胞家系林中初选的25株优良单株为材料,开展无性系测定试验,选育出岑软ZJ11、岑软ZJ14和岑软ZJ24三个油茶优良无性系。通过对三个无性系进行主要农艺性状遗传分析和产量差异比较,结果表明:无性系的鲜出籽率、干出籽率、种仁含油率和果油率的遗传力估计值h2分别为0.986、0.978、0.998和0.980,均接近1.0,表现出较高的遗传力。4~7年生平均产量、果油率在各无性系间均存在显著差异。选育出的3个无性系的早期产量和主要农艺性状均超过或优于对照良种岑软2号和岑软3号,其中每公顷产油量的对照遗传增益分别为4.72%~13.91%和5.49%~14.77%,果油率的对照遗传增益分别为13.15%~23.33%和7.81%~17.50%。Taking the 25 excellent individual plants of Cenxi soft-branchCamellia oleifera full-sib family as material, Cenruan ZJ11, Cenruan ZJ14 and Cenruan ZJ24 were selected by the clone experiment. The genetic analysis of the main agronomic traits of three clones was estimated. The results showed that the heritability of fresh clover, dry seed, kernel oil and fruit oil of clones were 0.986, 0.978, 0.998 and 0.980, respectively, which were close to 1.0, the clones showed high heritability. The average yield and fruit oil ratio of 4 ~ 7 years were significantly different among different clones. The early yield and main agronomic traits of the three clones were higher or better than those of the controls, the control genetic gain of oil yield per hectare was 4.72% ~ 13.91% and 5.49% ~ 14.77%, and the control genetic gain of fruit oil rate was 13.15% ~ 23.33% and 7.81% ~ 17.50%,respectively.
