摘 要:实验利用丙二醇做溶剂,NaHCO_3为催化剂,研究肉桂醛水解制苯甲醛的工艺条件。通过单因素试验和正交试验得出反应温度、催化剂用量、H_2O_2的用量和反应时间对得率有显著影响,最佳条件:反应时间2.5 h,反应温度60℃,肉桂醛和NaHCO_3的摩尔比1∶0.15,肉桂醛和H_2O_2的质量比1∶20。苯甲醛平均得率81.85%。Taking propylene glycol as solvent and NaHCO3 as catalyst, the conditions of benzaldehyde processing by cinnamaldehyde hydrolysis was studied. By single factor test and orthogonal test, it was concluded that reaction temperature, catalyst, H2O2 dosage and reaction time of cinnamaldehyde hydrolysis system had great effects on the yield of benzaldehyde. The optimum technological condition was that reaction time was 2.5 h, the reaction temperature was 60℃, The molar ratio of cinnamic aldehyde and NaHCO3 was 1:0.15, the quality ratio of cinnamic aldehyde and H2O2 was 1:20. The average yield of benzaldehyde was 81.85%.
