摘  要:以13个广西喜树(Camptotheca acuminata)种源的嫩叶为试材,研究不同种源对喜树碱含量的影响。结果表明,不同种源的喜树碱含量有极显著差异,不同土壤类型和海拔种源间的喜树碱含量有显著或极显著影响。13个广西喜树种源的喜树碱含量从高到低排序为德保>田林>金秀>隆林德峨>兴安>西林>天峨>永福>凌云>东兰>隆林新州>南丹>灵川。德保、田林、金秀喜树种源是优良种源。Taking the young leaves of 13 GuangxiCamptotheca acuminata provenances as test materials, the effects of different provenances on camptothecin content were studied. The results showed that there weresignificant differences in camptothecin contents among different provenances, there were significant or great significant differences in camptothecin contents in different soil types and altitudes. According to camptothecin content, from high to low, the rank of 13Camptotheca acuminata provenances in Guangxi was Debao> Tianlin>Jinxiu> Longlin De'e> Xing'an> Xilin> Tian'e> Yongfu> Lingyun> Donglan> Longlin Xinzhou> Nandan>Lingchuan. TheCamptotheca acuminata from Debao, Tianlin, Jinxiu were excellent provenances.
