冠心病患者同型半胱氨酸检测的临床意义分析

摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病患者同型半胱氨酸检测的临床意义。方法 65例冠心病患者为观察组,同期选取50例健康体检者为对照组,两组均进行同型半胱氨酸检测,比较两组血清同型半胱氨酸、肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶,比较不同方法检测后观察组阳性检出情况。结果观察组血清同型半胱氨酸为(34.5±11.7)μmol/L、肌酸激酶为(194.2±58.9)U/L、肌酸激酶同工酶为(31.6±7.5)U/L,对照组上述指标分别为(21.4±7.6)μmol/L、(158.6±41.5)U/L、(24.7±4.2)U/L,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不同方法阳性检出率两两间比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.6091、1.0317、0.0568,P>0.05)。结论同型半胱氨酸能够辅助诊断患者的冠心病情况,具有较好的灵敏度和临床符合性,诊断价值较高,效果较好,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate clinical significance by homocysteine detection for coronary heart disease patients.Methods There were65patients with coronary heart disease as observation group and50healthy people at the same period as control group.Both groups received homocysteine detection,and their serum homocysteine,creatine kinase and creatine kinase isoenzyme were compared,along with positive detection rates by different detection measures in the observation group.Results The observation group had serum homocysteineas(34.5±11.7)μmol/L,creatine kinase as(194.2±58.9)U/L and creatine kinase isoenzyme as(31.6±7.5)U/L,which were respectively as(21.4±7.6)μmol/L,(158.6±41.5)U/L and(24.7±4.2)U/L in the control group,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference of positive detection rates by different detection measures in the observation group(χ2=0.6091,1.0317,0.0568,P>0.05).Conclusion In assistant diagnosis of coronary heart disease,homocysteine shows excellent sensitivity and clinical conformance,along with high diagnostic value and remarkable effect.This method is worth clinical promotion.
