优质护理干预应用于门诊抽血室的护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨在门诊抽血室实施优质护理的效果。方法 80例接受门诊抽血患者,随机分成对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组对患者实用常规护理,观察组对患者给予优质护理,比较两组抽血成功率、血标本合格率与患者的满意度。结果观察组患者抽血成功率为97.50%,血标本合格率为95.00%,对照组抽血成功率为75.00%,血标本合格率为72.50%,观察组抽血成功率、血标本合格率均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度为100.00%,对照组患者满意度为85.00%,观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在门诊抽血室实施优质护理有利于提升采血过程的配合度与血标本的质量及患者满意度,值得全面推广应用。Objective To investigate effect by high quality nursing applied in outpatient blood drawing room.Methods A total of80patients in outpatient blood drawing were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with40cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group received high quality nursing.Comparison was made on success rate of blood drawing,qualified rate of blood specimen and satisfaction degree of patients between the two groups.Results The observation group had success rate of blood drawing as97.50%and qualified rate of blood specimen as95.00%.The control group had success rate of blood drawing as75.00%and qualified rate of blood specimen as72.50%.The observation group had obviously higher success rate of blood drawing and qualified rate of blood specimen than the controlgroup,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group had satisfaction degree as100.00%,which was85.00%in the control group.The observation group had obviously higher nursing satisfactiondegree than the control group,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Implement of high quality nursing in outpatient blood drawing room is helpful to improve cooperation degree in blood drawing,quality of blood specimen and satisfaction degree in patients.This method is worth overall promotion and application.
