TST手术治疗痔病临床观察与体会

摘　　要：目的总结开环式微创痔吻合术(TST)治疗痔病的临床疗效、手术操作技巧。方法选取2014年6月至2014年12月江苏省常熟市中医院肛肠科60例痔病患者,施行TST手术,进行回顾性研究。结果 60例痔病患者均一次完成手术,术后1月时治愈56例(93%),好转4例(7%)。平均住院时间7.9 d;术后无一例发生尿潴留(留置导尿);术后未发生需要缝扎止血的病例,所有病例术后疼痛轻微。结论在治疗以非环状的出血、脱出性内痔为主的痔病时,注意术中操作细节,TST手术具有疗效确切、术后并发症少,痛苦小,恢复时间短等优点。Objective To summarize the clinical curative effect and operative technique of openloop minimally invasive surgery(TST)in the treatment of hemorrhoids.Methods60cases of hemorrhoidspatients with TST surgery were retrospectively studied from June2014to December2014in TraditionalChinese Medical Hospital of Changshu.Results The operation was performed in all patients,56cases(93%)were cured in January and4cases(7%)were improved.The average hospitalization time7.9d,no cases ofpostoperative urinary retention(retention catheterization),no postoperative suture bleeding cases occurred,mild postoperative pain were occurred in all cases.Conclusion In the treatment of hemorrhoids withprolapse and bleeding,we should pay more attention to the details of the operation.The TST operation hasdefinite curative effect,fewer complications,less pain,shorter recovery time and other advantages.
