直肠黏膜柱状缝合、点状注射加外括约肌折叠术配合补中益气汤治疗Ⅱ度直肠脱垂一例

摘　　要：直肠脱垂(RP)是肛肠外科疾病中较为少见的一种疾病,祖国医学称其为"脱肛、脱肛痔、人洲出、截肠症"。近百年来,中医外科学对该病的治疗方式进行了大量的研究,报道一例采用直肠黏膜柱状缝合、点状注射加外括约肌折叠术,同时配合补中益气汤内服治疗Ⅱ度直肠脱垂具有显著疗效的诊疗过程,对直肠脱垂的综合治疗方案进行分析讨论。Rectal prolapse(RP)is one uncommon anorectal surgical diseases,the Chinesemedicine called it″prolapse of anus″、″hemorrboid complicated with prolapse or anus″、″proctoptosis″andso on.In the last hundred years,We have a lot of research on the treatment of the disease,we reported onecase which have significant curative effect on diagnosis and treatment process ofⅡdegree rectal prolapsewith columnar sutrue rectal mucosa.Dot injecting plus external sphincter floding operation and replenishspleen and qi therapy,we will analysis and discuss the comprehensive treatment of rectal prolapse.
