摘 要:针对轮胎逆向建模过程中存在操作烦琐且不规范的问题,提出一种基于逆向特征的轮胎花纹层次化建模方法.该方法在对轮胎花纹造型特征研究的基础上,首先将轮胎花纹分解为具有层次性的知识元,然后按照特征驱动的执行机制驱动点云到不同层次知识元的特征点,进而驱动特征点到知识元,并最终实现由知识元到模型的过程.为将该方法付诸于应用,以CATIA/CAA为二次开发平台,并结合数据库技术开发出一套轮胎花纹逆向智能建模系统.实例分析表明,该系统不仅提高了轮胎逆向建模的效率,而且规范了建模流程.Aiming at the existing problems of trivial and irregular operations in tire’s reverse modeling,this paperproposes a tread pattern’s hierarchical modeling method based on tire’s reverse features.Firstly,the tread patternis broken up into hierarchical knowledge elements in view of its formal features.Secondly,according to the feature-driven mechanism,feature points in different levels of knowledge elements are extracted from the pointcloud,and then the feature points are processed to recognize the corresponding knowledge element.Finally,theprocess from knowledge elements to the model can be realized.Furthermore,in order to apply this method to theapplication,we developed an intelligent tread pattern reverse-modeling system,which integrates database technologyand uses CATIA/CAA as the secondary development platform.The analysis of examples shows that thesystem can improve the efficiency of the tire’s reverse modeling and standardize the modeling process.
