摘　　要：目的:探讨面中部提升术结合睑袋整形术对眶周皮肤皱纹的疗效与美容影响。方法:收治眶周皮肤皱纹患者64例,随机分为研究组与对照组,对照组采用睑袋整形术治疗,研究组在此基础上联合面中部提升术,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组总有效率和并发症发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:面中部提升术联合眼睑整形术在眶周皮肤皱纹治疗中的应用,能提升总有效率,降低并发症发生率,安全性相对较高。Objective:To explore the effect and cosmetic effect of midface lifting operation combined with blepharoplasty on periorbital skin wrinkles.Methods:64patients with periorbital skin wrinkles were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The control group was treated with blepharoplasty.The study group was treated by midface lifting operation combined with blepharoplasty.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,the total effective rate and complication rate were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of midface lifting operation combined with blepharoplasty on periorbital skin wrinkles can improve the total effective rate and reduce the complication rate,and the security was relatively high.
