非洛地平缓释片与厄贝沙坦联用治疗老年原发性高血压的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨非洛地平缓释片联合厄贝沙坦治疗原发性高血压老年患者的临床疗效。方法:收治原发性高血压老年患者158例,随机分为对照组和观察组,观察组采用非洛地平缓释片联合厄贝沙坦治疗,对照组采用尼群地平片治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组收缩压、舒张压、BaPWV及心率控制效果明显优于对照组,总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:非洛地平缓释片联合厄贝沙坦治疗原发性高血压老年患者的临床疗效显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of felodipine sustained release tablets combined with irbesartan in the treatment of senile primary hypertension.Methods:158elderly patients with primary hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The observation group was treated with felodipine sustained release tablets combined with irbesartan.The control group was treated with nitrendipine tablets.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,BaPWV and heart ratecontrol effect were significantly better than the control group,and the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of felodipine sustained release tablets combined with irbesartan in the treatment of senile primary hypertension was significant.
