摘　　要：目的:研究凶险性前置胎盘的临床特征及治疗。方法:收治凶险性前置胎盘患者72例,随机平分两组。研究组采用综合手术进行治疗,对照组采用传统手术进行治疗;将两组患者的术中出血量、24h出血量、手术进行时间、子宫切除率以及新生儿窒息发生率等情况进行比较。结果:研究组的术中出血量、24h出血量以及子宫切除率均优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对凶险性前置胎盘的产妇可采用综合手术进行治疗,不仅可有效快速止血,还可降低子宫切除率,更有效地保证母婴平安。Objective:To study the clinical characteristics and treatment of dangerous placenta previa.Methods:72patients with dangerous placenta previa were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The study group used comprehensive surgery for treatment.The control group was treated with traditional surgery.The two groups of patients with intraoperative blood loss,the amount of bleeding of24h,the time of surgery,the rate of hysterectomy,and the incidence of neonatal asphyxia were compared.Results:In the study group,the amount of intraoperative bleeding,24h bleeding and hysterectomy rate were better than those of the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Formaternal placenta previa can adopt comprehensive surgical treatment,which not only can effectively stop bleeding quickly,but also can reduce the rate of hysterectomy,effectively ensure the safety of mothers and babies.
