四肢骨折经交锁髄内钉与外固定支架治疗的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨交锁髄内钉与外固定支架治疗四肢骨折的效果。方法:收治四肢骨折患者80例,根据双盲法将其分为研究组与对照组各40例。对照组给予交锁髄内钉治疗,研究组给予外固定支架治疗。结果:研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:外固定支架治疗四肢骨折效果明显优于交锁髄内钉治疗。Objective:To explore the effect of interlocking internal fixation and internal fixation in treating fractures of extremities.Methods:80patients with limb fractures were selected.They were divided into the study group and the control group with40cases in each group according to the double blind method.The control group was given the interlocking intramedullary nail treatment.The study group was treated with external fixator.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:External fixation for the treatment of limb fractures is better than interlocking intramedullary nail.
