摘　　要：目的:探讨PPH术联合芍倍注射液治疗环状混合痔的效果。方法:收治混合痔Ⅳ期的患者60例。随机分为对照组和试验组各30例,对照组采用常规PPH术治疗,试验组在此基础上联合芍倍注射液。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,术后疼痛指数、便血积分、住院时间以及并发症发生率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:芍倍注射液注射联合PPH术治疗环状混合痔,疼痛轻、出血少、并发症少,疗效确切,安全可靠。Objective:To investigate the effect of Shao Bei injection combined with PPH operation in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:60patients with mixed hemorrhoidsⅣwere selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with30cases in each group.The control group was given routine PPH treatment.The experimental group combined with Shao Bei injection treatment on the basis of the control group.Results:The total effectiverate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the postoperative pain index,stool score,hospitalization time and the incidence of complications were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shao Beiinjection combined with PPH operation in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.It has less pain,less bleeding,fewer complications,curative effect.It is also safe and reliable.
