摘　　要：目的:探讨多元化健康教育对血液透析诱导期患者治疗依从性的影响。方法:收治血液透析诱导期患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组此基础上给予多元化健康教育。结果:观察组患者治疗依从性、血液透析知识掌握程度及并发症发生率与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多元化健康教育有利于患者自觉采取健康行为,提高健康教育效果,减少并发症发生,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of health education on the treatment compliance of hemodialysis patients.Methods:60patients at induction period of hemodialysis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with30cases in each.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while in the observation group were given diversified health education.Results:Treatment compliance of patients knowledge of hemodialysis and the incidence of complications in the observation group were better when compared with the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The diversification health education is beneficial for patients adopting healthy behavior,it can improve the effect of health education,reduce complications and improve the life quality of patients.
