摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈管理对降低护士静脉治疗中锐器伤发生率的作用。方法:成立静脉治疗小组品管圈,按主题选定、活动计划拟订、现状把握、目标设定、解析、对策拟订、对策实施与检讨、效果确认、标准化、检讨和改进等10个活动步骤实施品管活动。结果:静疗小组通过开展品管圈活动,使全院护士在静脉治疗中锐器伤发生率从134人次/月降至平均27.3人次/月。结论:品管圈活动在静脉治疗小组中起到了积极的作用,有效降低了静脉治疗中锐器伤的发生率。Objective:To discuss effect of quality control circle management on reducing the incidence of sharp injuries of nurses intravenous therapy in the intravenous therapy group.Methods:Quality control circle of intravenous treatment group was set up.10activities were selected by subject selection,activity planning,status assurance,target setting,analysis,countermeasure formulation,countermeasure implementation,effect confirmation,standardization,review and improvement.Results:Through the QCC activity in the intravenous therapy group,making the incidence of sharp injuries of nurses drop from134per month to an average of27.3people per month.Conclusion:Quality control circle has played a positive role in the intravenous treatment group.It can effectively reduce the incidence of sharp injuries of intravenous therapy.
