摘　　要：目的:探讨远安县人民医院心血管内科药物使用现状。方法:随机选择心血管内科住院患者600例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:600例患者中,选药与适应证不适宜的处方28份。结论:心内科临床药师分析临床用药问题,并提出整改措施,为临床安全有效地使用药物提供了技术支持。Objective:To explore the current situation of drugs use in department of cardiology of the people's hospital of Yuanan County.Methods:600 inpatients in department of cardiology were selected,and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:In 600 patients,there were a total of 28 prescriptions for inappropriate drug use and indication.Conclusion:Department of cardiology clinical pharmacists analyzed the problems of clinical medication,and proposed rectification measures,to provide technical support for clinical safe medication.
