摘　　要：目的:探讨母乳喂养对新生儿生理性体重下降和生理性黄疸的影响。方法:收治新生儿160例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用混合喂养,观察组采用母乳喂养,比较两组效果。结果:观察组生理性体重下降变化及生理性黄疸变化优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对新生儿合理给予母乳喂养干预,能改善生理性体重下降变化及生理性黄疸变化。Objective:To explore the effect of breast feeding on physiological weight loss and physiological jaundice in neonates.Methods:160 cases of newborns were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given mixed feeding.The observation group was given breast feeding.We compared the effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the changes of physiological weight loss and physiological jaundice were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of reasonable breast feeding for neonates can improve physiological weight loss and physiological jaundice.
