摘  要:目的:探讨手术患者术中预防与控制低体温的措施。方法:收治手术患者82例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用针对性预防护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组术中、术后体温高于对照组,术中低体温发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手术患者术中采取针对性控制体温护理措施,可促进手术顺利进行,降低低体温及并发症发生率。Objective:To explore the measures to prevent and control hypothermia for patients in operation.Methods:82 patients with operation were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given routine care.The observation group was given targeted preventive care.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,intraoperative and postoperative body temperature were higher than the control group,and the incidence of intraoperative hypothermia was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of targeted body temperature nursing measures for patients in operation can promote the smooth operation,reduce the incidence of hypothermia and complications.
