摘　　要：目的:探讨社区康复护理路径用于老年脑梗死致偏瘫患者的临床效果。方法:收治老年脑梗死致偏瘫确诊患者76例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规康复护理,观察组采用康复护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组总有效率100.00%,明显高于对照组的89.47%(P<0.05)。结论:社区康复护理路径用于老年脑梗死致偏瘫患者的临床效果显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of community rehabilitation nursing pathway in nursing of elderly patients with hemiplegia caused by cerebral infarction.Methods:76 elderly patients with hemiplegia caused by cerebral infarction were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation care.The observation group was given rehabilitation nursing intervention.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate of 100% was significantly higher than 89.47% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of community rehabilitation nursing pathway in nursing of elderly patients with hemiplegia caused by cerebral infarction was significant.
