摘　　要：目的:探讨"慎独"修养对基层手术室护士的重要性。方法:20例手术室护士随机分为两组。对照组给予常规职业素质指导,观察组给予"慎独"修养指导,对比两组的护理效果。结果:与对照组相比,观察组的护理效果更加明显,自我修养比较高,手术室感染率也比较低(P<0.05)。结论:"慎独"修养指导在手术室护理人员中,可以有效提高护理人员的自身修养,让其更加自觉、谨慎地开展手术室护理工作,可以有效预防手术室感染,为需要手术的患者提供一个比较整洁和卫生的手术环境。Objective:To explore the importance of "cautiousness" cultivation of nurses in primary operation room.Methods:20 cases of nurses in the operation room were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine occupation quality guidance.The observation group was given "cautiousness" cultivation guidance.The nursing effects were compared between groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the nursing effect of the observation group was more obvious,the self cultivation was relatively high,and the infection rate in the operation room was low (P<0.05).Conclusion:The "cautiousness"cultivation guidance in the nursing staff of operation room can effectively improve their self-cultivation of nursing staff,make it more consciously and carefully carry out operation room nursing work.It can effectively prevent infection in the operation room,provide a relatively clean and hygienic operation environment for surgical patients.
