摘　　要：目的:探讨孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘的疗效。方法:收治支气管哮喘患者74例,随机分为参照组与联合组,参照组采用常规治疗,联合组在常规治疗基础上加用孟鲁司特钠与布地奈德,比较两组治疗效果。结果:联合组肺功能改善情况和总有效率均明显优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘的疗效显著。Objective:To explore the curative effect of montelukast combined with budesonide in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods:74 patients with bronchial asthma were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the combination group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy.The combination group added montelukast combined with budesonide on the basis of routine treatment.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the combination group,the improvement of pulmonary function and total effective rate were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of montelukast combined with budesonide in the treatment of bronchial asthma was significant.
