白疙汤2号联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗银屑病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨白疕汤2号联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗银屑病的临床疗效。方法:收治银屑病患者150例,随机分为治疗组A,对照组B和对照组C,治疗组A采用口服白疕汤2号联合窄谱紫外线照射治疗,对照组B采用口服白疕汤2号治疗,对照组C采用NB-UVB照射治疗,比较3组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组A有效率96%,对照组B有效率72%,对照组C有效率74%,治疗组A有效率明显高于其他两组(P<0.05)。结论:白疕汤2号联合窄谱紫外线治疗银屑病的临床疗效显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Bai Bi Decoction 2 combined with NB-UVB in the treatment of psoriasis.Methods:150 patients with psoriasis were selected,they were randomly divided into the treatment group A, the control group B and the control group C,the treatment group A was treated with Bai Bi Decoction 2 combined with NB-UVB,the control group B was treated with Bai Bi Decoction 2,the control group C was treated with NB-UVB irradiation,we compared the efficacy of the 3 groups.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group A was 96%,the effective rate of the control group B was 72%,the effective rate of the control group C was 74% ,the effective rate of the treatment group A was significantly higher than the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusio:The clinical effect of Bai Bi Decoction 2 combined with NB-UVB in the treatment of psoriasis was significant.
