摘　　要：目的:观察显微镜下颅内动脉瘤夹闭术的术中配合以及护理措施对治疗效果的影响。方法:收治动脉瘤患者69例,均在显微镜下行动脉瘤夹闭术,同时做好手术配合工作及护理措施,观察患者的临床治疗效果。结果:成功治愈66例(95.65%),出血量(423.61±33.18)m L,手术时间(3.25±0.37)h,住院时间(8.65±2.77)d,并发症4例(5.79%)。结论:在颅内动脉瘤夹闭术中,积极有效的手术配合是保证手术成功的重要因素,能够增加手术安全性,减少并发症,促进患者恢复。Objective:To observe the influence of intraoperative cooperation and nursing measures of intracranial aneurysm clipping under microscope on the treatment effect.Methods:69 patients with aneurysm were selected.They were given intracranial aneurysm clipping under microscope,and the operation cooperation work and nursing measures were performed.The clinical treatment effect of patients was observed.Results:66 cases(95.65%) were successfully cured;the amount of bleeding was (423.61±33.18)mL;the operation time was (3.25 ± 0.37)hours;the hospitalization time was (8.65 ± 2.77)days;4 cases(5.79% ) had complications.Conclusion:In the intracranial aneurysm clipping,active and effective operation cooperation is an important factor to ensure the success of the operation.It can increase the safety of surgery,reduce complications,promote the recovery of patients.
