摘　　要：战动总会在抗日民族战争这个宏大历史背景下出现,全面贯彻中国共产党抗日民族统一战线主张,广泛发动民众,倾力支援抗战前线;筹划组织武装,协同坚持敌后作战;发挥统战作用,团结一切抗日力量,为敌后战场的开辟,根据地的发展,乃至于抗战的最后胜利做出了不可磨灭的贡献,也为中国共产党当时及今后的统战工作积累了丰富的经验。General War Mobilization Committee (GWMC)emerges in the historical background of the Anti-Japanese War. GWMC carries out the proposition of the Anti-Japanese National United Front suggested by the Communist Party of China(CPC), mobilizes masses and supports the war front; It organizes armed forces,coordinates and persists fights with the enemy in the rear area; It plays a role of united front and unites all the Anti-Japanese powers, contributing a lot to the opening of the battlefield , the development of the Anti-Japanese base areas behind the enemy lines ,and the final victory over Japanese aggression. GWMC also accumulates rich experience for the united front work of CPC both at that time and in the future.
