摘 要:以马铃薯品种‘东农303’为试验材料,研究5种生长调节剂和硼酸对马铃薯植株生长、结薯及休眠期的影响。结果表明,除硼酸外,其余物质都能对马铃薯植株生长有一定的抑制作用,其中多效唑能显著抑制马铃薯植株生长,减少节数效果最为明显;烯效唑和B9可以显著提高微型薯的结薯数、有效薯数和总薯重,但对有效薯率和平均单薯重影响不大;但从处理后微型薯的休眠期看,烯效唑和多效唑能明显延长薯块的休眠期,而B9对微型薯的休眠期没有明显影响,由此说明,设施隔离的微型薯生产过程中,B9具有较好的潜在利用价值。A potato cultivar'Dongnong303'was surveyed in this research on the plant growth,tuberization anddormancy period under different concentrations of five growth regulators and boric acid.All the regulators inhibited thepotato growth at a certain concentration except boric acid,of which paclobutrazol(PP333)was mostly effective ininhibiting the plant growth and node increase.Both uniconazole and B9(daminozide)remarkably increased tubernumbers,efficient tuber numbers and the total weight of minitubers,but had no significant effects on the rate of efficienttubers and potato weight.For minituber dormancy period after treatment,uniconazole and paclobutrazol(PP333)couldprominently prolong the period,whereas B9showed no obvious effects.In conclusion,B9has a great potential value forinsect-proof glasshouse grown minitubers.
