摘 要:为了减少在不均匀气体温度场及压力场耦合作用下汽车空调涡旋压缩机涡旋盘断齿故障的发生,本文采用不对称圆弧加直线的齿形修正方法,建立了阶梯型涡旋盘三维几何模型。基于ANSYS有限元分析软件,对比分析了几何排量86 ml的阶梯型与常规型涡旋盘结构应力分布的情况。仿真及性能实验结果表明,在气体温度及压力载荷共同作用下,阶梯型涡旋盘的应力集中区域出现在涡旋齿起始端上部,阶梯型结构设计不仅可以降低断齿故障的发生概率,还可以提高涡旋压缩机的等熵效率。In order to reduce scroll wraps fracture failure of the scroll compressor for vehicle air conditioner in the non-uniform temperature and pressure field of refrigerant gas,the modified wraps approach has been completed by the combination asymmetric arc and line.The three-dimensional geometric model of ladder type scroll has been designed subsequently.Based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS,the structure stress distribution of the ladder type has been analyzed and compared with that of the conventional type of scroll plate with displacement of86ml.Simulation and performance test results show that,the stress area of ladder typevortex disc is concentrated on initial upper part of scroll wraps under the gas temperature and pressure loads.Therefore,the ladder type structure design not only can reduce probability of wraps fracture failure but also can improve the isentropic efficiency of scroll compressor.
