摘 要:本文对蒸发器换热性能数值模拟,并用实验验证模拟的正确性。结果显示,随着雷诺数的增加干湿工况努塞尔数增加,阻力系数下降。对W,WP,PW,WPW,PWP五种翅片结构形式的换热性能分析得出WP型翅片换热效果最好,其总换热量比W型高7.2%左右。This paper has taken numerical simulation of evaporator’s heat exchanging performance and has taken experiments to verify the accuracy of simulation.The results have showed that,along the increase of Reynolds number,the Nusselt number of dry or wet cooling conditions increases and the resistance coefficient decreases.After analyzing the heat exchanging performance of the five kinds of fins structures:W,WP,PW,WPW,we have got that,the heat exchanging effect of WP type of fin is the best,and its total heat exchanging content is7.2%higher than that of W type.
