急性冠脉综合征患者颈动脉斑块特征及其与循环标记物的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者颈动脉粥样斑块与循环标记物组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t PA)、可溶性CD40L配体(sCD40L)和可溶性P-选择素(s P-selectin)的相关性。方法入选2015~2016年就诊于青岛大学附属医院及青岛市立医院的56例ACS患者,根据颈动脉是否有斑块分为颈动脉斑块阳性组18例和颈动脉斑块阴性组38例,应用液相蛋白芯片结合流式细胞分析方法测定t PA、sCD40L、sP-selectin,对颈动脉斑块阳性与循环标记物进行相关性分析。结果颈动脉斑块阳性组血清t PA水平明显低于颈动脉斑块阴性组[(1359.2±714.6)pg/mL vs.(2052.8±1700.4)pg/mL,P<0.05)],而两组的sCD40L和sP-selectin水平没有显著统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 ACS患者颈动脉斑块与血清t PA有较好的相关性。Objective To investigate the correlation between carotid atherosclerotic plaque and circulating markers including tissue-type plasminogen activator (tPA), soluble CD40 ligand (sCD40L) and soluble P-selectin (sP-selection) in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods ACS patients (n=56) were chosen from the Qingdao University Affiliated Hospital and Qingdao Municipal Hospital from 2015 to 2016, and divided,according to whether they had carotid atherosclerotic plaque or not, into positive group (n=18) and negative group (n=38). The levels of tPA, sCD40L and sP-selectin were detected by using liquid protein chip combining flow cytometry, and positive of carotid plaque and circulating markers were given correlation analysis. Results The level of tPA was significantly lower in positive group than that in negative group [(1359.2±714.6) pg/mL vs. (2052.8 ±1700.4) pg/mL, P<0.05], and levels of sCD40L and sP-selectin had no statistical difference between 2 groups (P>0.05). Conclusion There is a higher correlation between carotid plaque and level of serum tPA in ACS patients.
