中医保守治疗神经根性颈椎病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医保守治疗神经根性颈椎病的临床研究。方法:选取2014年5月-2015年5月收治的60例神经根性颈椎病患者,按照随机方法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组患者采用西医常规药物治疗,观察组患者采用中医传统保守治疗,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的治疗效果优于对照组,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医保守治疗神经根性颈椎病,治疗效果良好,值得临床推广。Objective:To study effects of TCM on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:60patients were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,30cases in each.The control group was treated with traditional western medicine;the observation group was conservatively treated in TCM.The effects in groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The effect in the observation group was better,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM conservative treatment on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy shows a good effect,and is worthy of promotion.
