活血通络丸治疗大隐静脉曲张术后的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察活血通络丸和拜阿司匹林肠溶片口服、低分子肝素钙皮下注射治疗大隐静脉曲张术后的疗效。方法:收集我院大隐静脉曲张术后外伤瘀滞证住院患者66例,设立对照组、治疗组各33例,治疗组给予活血通络丸治疗。结果:治疗组与对照组综合疗效相当(P>0.05);治疗组在缩短皮下瘀血消失时间方面优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组在缩短肢体肿胀(胫前凹陷性水肿)消失时间方面优于对照组,有显著性差异;治疗后,两组患者血小板计数均显著低于同组治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组复发率低于对照组,两组复发率对比有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:活血通络丸治疗大隐静脉曲张术后疗效确切,降低复发率,安全性高,节约服药费用,值得推广。Objective:The curative effects of Huoxue Tongluo Wan plus aspirin aspirin tablet,low molecular weight heparin calcium subcutaneous injection on trauma after great saphenous vein varices surgery were observed.Methods:66inpatients were divided into the control group and treatment group,33cases in each.The treatment group was treated with Huoxue Tongluo Wan.Results:The total efficacyin groups were similar(P>0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in shortening disappeared time of subcutaneous ecchymosis,and the difference was significant.After treatment,the platelet counts in groups were significantly lower than before,andthe treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Recurrence in the treatment group was significant lower than that in the treatment group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Huoxue Tongluo Wan is effective in treating trauma after great saphenous vein varices surgery,decreased recurrence,with high safety,saved medication costs,and is worth promoting.
