慢性疲劳综合征的经络相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究慢性疲劳综合征与脏腑经络能量值之间的相关性。方法:选取深圳市宝安区中医院治未病中心80例慢性疲劳综合征患者为研究组,另选同期健康体检者作为对照组,采用中医经络检测仪对两组受试者十二正经原穴经络能量值进行测量和比较,相关性采用Logistic回归分析法进行分析。结果:两组受试者的性别、年龄、身高、体重、十二正经原穴中太渊(肺经)、大陵(心包经)、神门(心经)、腕骨(小肠经)、阳溪(大肠经)、太白(脾经)、太冲(肝经)、丘虚(胆经)、冲阳(胃经)能量值相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而阳池(三焦经)、太溪(肾经)、束骨(膀胱经)能量值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析结果提示,三焦经能量偏低、膀胱经和肾经能量亢进为慢性疲劳综合征的独立影响因素。结论:慢性疲劳综合征患者三焦经能量低(阳池),膀胱经(束骨)及肾经(太溪)能量亢进,其他经络能量变化无规律可言,提示临床该病症的发生可能与三焦经、膀胱经、肾经能量值异常相关。Objective:To study the correlation between chronic fatigue syndrome and energy value of organs and meridians.Methods:80cases of chronic fatigue syndrome patients in our hospital were selected as the study group;at the same time,healthy people were selected as the control group;energy values of the12meridians were measured and compared by TCM meridian collimator.The relativity was analyzed by logistic regression analysis.Results:Sex,age,height,weight,energy values of the twelve meridians original points suchas Taiyuan(lung),Daling(pericardium),Shenmen(Heart Sutra),Wan'gu(small intestine),Yangxi(large intestine meridian),Taibai(spleen),Taichong(liver),Qiuxu(gall bladder),Chongyang(stomach)showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Energy value of Yangchi(Sanjiao meridian),Taixi(kidney),Shugu(bladder)showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysisshowed that Sanjiao meridian energy lower and energy sthenia of bladder and kidney were independent influencing factors for chronic fatigue syndrome.Conclusion:Sanjiaojing(Yangchi)energy of chronic fatigue comprehensive syndrome patients is lower.Bladder and kidn eyenergy of patients is sthenia.Changes of other meridian energy showed no law,suggested that the disease was related to the abnormal energy value of Sanjiao meridian,urinary bladder and kidney meridian.
