麻杏石甘汤配合中药贴敷疗法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘50例

摘　　要：目的:探讨麻杏石甘汤配合中药贴敷治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年1月-2016年1月本院收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘50例,在西医常规治疗的基础上配合麻杏石甘汤、中药贴敷治疗,作为观察组。同时,选取同期单纯西医治疗的咳嗽变异性哮喘患者50例,作为对照组,西医疗法与观察组一致,2周后对比治疗效果。结果:对比治疗总有效率,观察组为92.0%,远高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:麻杏石甘汤配合中药贴敷疗法对咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效确切,值得在临床推广应用。Objective:To explore effects of the Maxing Shigan decoction plus TCM paste therapy on50cases of cough variant asthma.Methods:100cases of cough variant asthma were randomly divided into two groups,50cases for each.The control group recieved western medicine.The observation group was given the Maxing Shigan decoction plus TCM paste more.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was92.0%,and was higher than80.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Maxing Shigan decoction plus TCM paste therapy is effective on cough variant asthma and worthy of clinical application.
