摘　　要：于作盈教授,吉林省中医药科学院心血管内科首席专家,从事心血管内科临床工作数十年,辨证论治各种心血管疾病,遣方用药独具匠心,积累了宝贵的临床经验。扩张型心肌病是心血管疾病中的疑难杂症,于老对此病有独到见解,认为心脾肾三脏功能失调导致心气不足为其病因之一;瘀血、痰饮、水湿三种有形实邪与扩张型心肌病的产生密切相关;根据少阴经脉少血多气等特点,提出心脑同治法、心肾同治、三焦同治等法,用于治疗扩张型心肌病,疗效显著。Professor Yu Zuoying,chief expert in cardiovascular internal medicine department of Jilin Provincial Academy of traditional Chinese medicine,engaged in cardiovascular medicine for decades in clinic,treated creatively various cardiovascular disease based on syndrome differentiation,and accumulated a wealth of clinical experience.Dilated cardiomyopathy is cardiovascular disease in incurable diseases.Professor Yu has unique insights about this disease,especially considered that Xin(heart),Pi(spleen)and Shen(kidney)three organs dysfunction may lead to the results of Xinqi Buzu was one of the pathogenies;Yuxue,Tanyin,Shuishi were closely related to the development of dilated cardiomyopathy;according to the Shaoyin meridian with less blood and more Qi and other characteristics,the Xinnao Tongzhi therapy,the Xinshen Tongzhi therapy and the Sanjiao Tongzhi therapy were proposed for treating dilated cardiomyopathy,the curative effect is remarkable.
