草木犀流浸液片对慢性鼻窦炎内镜术后患者的疗效及对鼻腔黏膜的修复作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨草木犀流浸液片对慢性鼻窦炎内镜术后患者的疗效及对鼻腔黏膜的修复作用。方法:回顾性分析2015年5月-2016年10月我院收治的100例慢性鼻窦炎行功能性鼻内镜手术患者的临床资料,根据术后治疗方案分为对照组和观察组,各50例。两组患者术后均给予抗炎、抗组胺、止血等常规治疗。对照组患者口服桉柠蒎肠溶胶囊0.3 g,tid;观察组患者在对照组基础上加用草木犀流浸液片1.2 g,tid,连服6周。比较两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、Lund-Kennedy法鼻内镜量化评分,并比较两组患者临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组患者VAS各项评分和总分、Lund-Kennedy法鼻内镜量化各项评分和总分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者VAS各项评分和总分、Lund-Kennedy法鼻内镜量化各项评分和总分均显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治愈率为72.0%,显著高于对照组的44.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:草木犀流浸液片有助于提高患者临床疗效,促进慢性鼻窦炎患者内镜术后鼻腔黏膜修复,且安全性较好。OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of Melilotus extract tablet on postoperative therapeutic efficacy of chronic sinusitis endoscopic surgery and the recovery of nasal mucosa.METHODS:The clinical data of100patients undergoing chronic sinusitis functional endoscopic surgery in our hospital from May2015to Oct.2016were analyzed retrospectively and they were divided into control group and observation group according to postoperative treatment,with50cases in each group.Two groups received anti-inflammatory,anti-histamine and hemostasis therapy.The control group received Eucalyptol,linonene and pinene enteric softcapsules0.3g,tid;observation group was additionally given Melilotus extract tablet1.2g,tid,for6weeks,on the basis of control group.VAS and Lund-Kennedy endoscopic score were compared between2groups before and after treatment.Clinical efficaciesand the occurrence of ADR were also compared between2groups.RESULTS:there was no statistical significance in VASscore and its total score,Lund-Kennedy endoscopic score and its total score between2groups before treatment(P>0.05).Aftertreatment,VAS score and its total score,Lund-Kennedy endoscopic score and its total score of2groups were significantly decreased,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The curerate of observation group was72.0%,which was significantly higher than44.0%of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the2groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Melilotus extract tablet helps to improve clinical efficacy and the recovery of nasal mucosa in patients with chronic sinusitisafter endoscopic surgery,with good safety.
