摘　　要：本文对稠油处理的难点进行分析,通过提高油品温度,结合重力分离、热化学脱水、电化学脱水的三段脱水工艺,实现油水分离。选择高效的三相分离器,促进油水分离。In this paper,through the analysis of the difficulties of heavy oil processing,through the improvement of the oil temperature,combined with gravity separation,thermal chemical dehydration,electrochemical dehydration of the three stages of dehydration technology to achieve oil-water separation.Choose efficient three-phase separator to promote oil-water separation.
